Today, March 8, is International Women's Day. To celebrate, we met one of the most experienced female managers in digital: we talked with her about female leadership, business management and digital transformation.
Spanish, born in 1974, with a degree in Business Administration from IESE list of bahrain consumer email Business School, considered among the best in Europe, and a past at McKinsey & Company and Carrefour. She is Fuencisla Clemares, one of the best experts in business strategy and digital transformation , and today head of Google for Spain and Portugal.

Clemares has worked for Google Spain since 2009: first she was Director of Retail and Consumer Products helping companies from different sectors to land on the internet and later she led and managed the arrival of mobile in Spain. Her successes led her, in 2016, to be promoted and appointed Managing Director.
