Tell us about your personal projects, how was InvenireThink born and the concept of being digital artisans that we like so much?
InvenireThink is the evolution of an initial idea aimed at working on computational thinking in primary education classes. That is, to carry out digitalisation workshops without the need for robotics or software programming elements in the classroom.
By using board and outdoor games such as hopscotch, chess, checkers, etc., we intended to teach programming in the classroom. But even in 2015, these types of methodologies were already highly developed by other projects.
Therefore, when I had the opportunity to be an occupational trainer and I was able to experience the shortcomings that the sector had at that time (regarding the digitalization of learning processes), we changed our strategy and focused on this sector.
So, InvenireThink re-emerged with two ideas: to respond to students who had to go out into an increasingly changing job market, and on the other hand to try to create a HUB of educators and entities that could unify energies, methodologies and calendar in a sector in which each one was going a little "on their own".
We have been able to meet the first objective, with a working methodology and classroom interaction in accordance with the initial objectives. Regarding the HUB, we are not moving as fast as argentina phone data we would like, but we have managed to bring together a group of "passionate" people who are trying to do digital crafts.
And of course, apart from the initial objectives, we have to take into account those that "you find along the way". Those parallel projects with people who join according to affinities... In this sense, in a short time we can tell you about the new bet for this course of InvenireThink , which has to do with the automation of competency assessment tools.
Thank you for your collaboration and for opening new doors and bringing new concepts to the non-regulated training sector and to the group of education professionals. We will continue to keep an eye on Ángel's activity because from everything he does we can draw valid conclusions to improve our day-to-day work and end up becoming Digital Artisans.
But hey, with this we've already made a very good spoiler... We'll keep you posted!
