After activation, you can access Settings Limit username email characters from your WordPress dashboard. Open the General Settings tab to make sure the plugin is enabled.

Make sure the plugin is enabled
After that, you can scroll down to the “These names russia phone number are not allowed” section of the plugin and enter words or phrases to restrict their use in usernames.

There is also an option in the plugin "Make lowercase equal to uppercase". By default it will be enabled, but you can disable it from the drop-down menu.

Likewise, you can block the use of specific email addresses.

In the "Don't allow these emails" section, simply enter an email address that the user cannot use when registering. This will help filter spam and users will have to use their real email addresses.

Additionally, there are optional plugin settings to customize restrictions on usernames and email addresses.

For example, you can block the use of certain email domains, restrict usernames that contain certain words, avoid characters and symbols allowed by WordPress, and allow special characters.

There are also options to limit the use of spaces in usernames, not allowing users to use only numbers in usernames, preventing uppercase usernames, and more.

Don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button when you're done.
