Just like in the desktop app, the journey begins in the "People" section. In Outlook on the Web, look for a vertical navigation bar on the left side of your screen. You will see several icons, including an envelope for mail and a calendar. Click on the icon that resembles two people, which represents the "People" hub. This will take you to your contacts.

Step Creating a New Contact List

Once you are in the "People" hub, you will see your contact europe cell phone number list listed. At the top of the page, there will be a button, often with a down arrow next to "New contact." Click this down arrow, and you will see a few options. Select "New contact list." Note that in the web version, Outlook uses the term "contact list" which is synonymous with "Contact Group" in the desktop app.

Step: Naming and Describing Your Contact List

A new pane will slide out from the right side of the screen. The first field you'll see is "Contact list name." It's crucial to give your list a clear and descriptive name here. For instance, "Marketing Team Q3" or "Weekly Book Club." Below the name field, there is a space to add a description for the list. While this is optional, it can be very helpful for reminding yourself of the purpose of the group, especially if you have many different lists.
