Just like in the desktop app, the journey begins in the "People" section. In Outlook on the Web, look for a vertical navigation bar on the left side of your screen. You will see several icons, including an envelope for mail and a calendar. Click on the icon that resembles two people, which represents the "People" hub. This will take you to your contacts.
Step Creating a New Contact List
