Electronic cabinet of conscripts and electronic summonses

Post by roseline371274 »

In my opinion, only those who have already been there since the date of the announcement of mobilization in Ukraine, or those removed or excluded from the military register, will not appear in the TCC. But with removed and excluded, not everything is so simple. If, according to the conclusion of the VLK, you had the record "unfit in wartime, but fit in peacetime", then you are not excluded from military registration and you will be required to appear. Also, in my opinion, there will be a topic of who was removed from the military register due to age, and then this age was changed, and who is not yet 60 years old. They can also be ordered to appear.

Also, in draft law 10449, it is planned to introduce that every conscript will be obliged to register his electronic account and also within 60 days.

And, as explained in the draft law, it will be possible to clarify your data online without going to the military enlistment office.

And, of course, electronic summonses will come through it to the TCC and SP. Which are special database considered received from the date of their dispatch to you. It doesn't matter if you opened them or not. Do you have a smartphone or not?

They say that the electronic cabinet can be registered in 3 ways:

- directly by appearing at the military enlistment office;

- through Centers for the provision of administrative services (TsNAPy);

- online independently.
