First Name & Last Name (Optional): These are display names users provide. They can be real names or pseudonyms.
Profile Picture(s) (Optional): Users can upload profile photos, which are part of their public identity (visibility depending on privacy settings).
2. Communication Data (Messages and Media)
This is the most voluminous and sensitive part of a Telegram data account. Telegram handles messages and media differently based on the chat type:

Data Stored: Message text, photos, videos, audio files, documents (up to 2GB per file), stickers, GIFs, voice notes, locations, contacts, polls, etc., are all stored on Telegram's servers.
Encryption: These chats use client-server encryption in transit. While stored on servers, Telegram states they are "heavily encrypted" and stored across a "distributed network of data centers around the world," with decryption keys being held in separate locations. The intention is to prevent any single government or entity from compelling data disclosure.
Synchronization: This data is synchronized across all logged-in devices associated with the account, telegram data allowing seamless access from phones, desktops, and web clients.
Purpose: Enables features like unlimited cloud storage for messages and media, cross-device synchronization, and offline access to chat history.
Secret Chats (End-to-End Encrypted - E2EE):
Data Stored: Messages, photos, videos, etc., are not stored on Telegram's servers. They exist only on the devices of the sender and recipient.
Encryption: Full end-to-end encryption means only the communicating parties can read the content. Not even Telegram has access to the plaintext messages.
Synchronization: Secret Chats are device-specific and do not sync across multiple devices. If you initiate a secret chat on your phone, it will only exist on that phone and the recipient's device.
