Control What Appears in Your Gallery
Telegram can automatically save received media to your device's photo gallery. If you're active in groups or channels, this can lead to clutter.
To Turn Off “Save to Gallery”:
Go to Settings > Chat Settings (or Settings > Data and Storage).
Find Save to Gallery.
Toggle it off.
Now media won’t be saved in your phone’s photo library unless you manually download it.
