Chat in this case means a group chat. By pressing the sticker, someone registers for the chat. As an organization, you see these registrations coming in, after which you decide who you want to let participate in the chat and when you want to start it. We see various possibilities to apply this functionality as a municipality.

Snowfall and gritting
An example.with a day of heavy snowfall. With gritting and sweeping teams you phone number library do everything you can to keep the local roads passable. One of the possible actions could be to use an Instagram chat. First, you create a Story in which you let the resident ride along with the gritting truck. Then the driver of the gritting truck explains how they are doing everything they can to clear the local roads of snow. In the third Story, you make it clear that you need residents to get a good picture of the places where the roads are not yet passable. You then ask them to participate in the chat and to discuss this with you. At that moment, invite the colleague who knows about (scattering) matters to sit next to you and start the chat together.
