Following this trend, digital investments have become (even more) a top priority. During the early months of COVID-19, while most corporate funding was slashed, funding for digital initiatives increased more than anything else. In short, 2020 has pushed both consumers and businesses over a technological tipping point. This is impacting how businesses engage with customers and how businesses operate internally. The urgency to deliver digital business value is at the heart of any post-COVID-19 strategy. So we ask ourselves a daunting question:
How do we proceed?
One thing the pandemic has made clear is that people and human interaction are still at the heart of all businesses. People need to connect, collaborate and communicate with each other.
