The path to acquisition
Since joining SquadS Ventures, and more specifically Boris, I have found myself in a team that not only seeks to grow, but also to innovate and lead. From day one, both Julian Drault and Esteban Rezzonico have trusted me, allowing me to actively get involved in this process.
Julian had met Juan Muracciole, founder of After Sales, some time ago, and they both shared a common vision: improving change management in e-commerce, albeit with different approaches. As we began to collaborate on small projects, the idea of an acquisition naturally took shape.
