A non-targeted consumer loan is a loan issued without specifying the purpose of the loan. Unlike targeted loans, which include, for example, mortgages, educational and car loans, when concluding a non-targeted loan agreement, the bank is not interested in the purposes for which the borrower is taking the loan and does not require reporting on expenses. However, as in the case of other credit products, to issue a loan for any purpose, the borrower must provide a package of documents confirming his identity and solvency.
What documents are needed to apply for a loan?
The list of documents required to obtain a non-targeted consumer loan may differ slightly from bank to bank, but, as a rule, it includes:
identity documents;
employment documents;
documents confirming permanent income.
In addition to the above, to process a loan, the bank may ukraine mobile database request statements from other financial institutions on current and repaid liabilities, information on movable and immovable property, certificates confirming the availability of additional sources of income and other documents.
Identity card
In our country, the main identity document is the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. When applying for a loan, it is included in the list of mandatory documents in any bank. It is desirable that the passport has a mark on permanent registration in the region of the bank's presence. Temporary registration is not a direct reason for refusal, but some financial and credit institutions are reluctant to issue loans to borrowers without permanent registration. Temporary registration can also affect the terms of the loan - the bank has the right to demand repayment of credit obligations before the expiration of its term.
Taxpayer identification number (INN) and insurance number (SNILS) are usually not included in the list of mandatory documents for obtaining a loan for any purpose, but it is better to take them with you. In addition to a passport, banks sometimes ask to provide any second document confirming identity.
