Today, it's true that many people contact me and say: "Johann, I want to do like you. Can you help me?" I've always had this desire to do it by myself. And that's thanks to personal development, clearly.

On the other hand… so that’s obviously something that’s positive… the problem is if it becomes too important, if you do too much, if you try to do too much, if you try to add too many personal development activities, well it becomes what we call “counterproductive”. That means that instead of doing good, it does harm. And I often say, I almost always say, in many episodes, I address this subject, “something that is good, if we do it to the extreme, to excess, well it becomes bad”. Eating between three and five fruits and vegetables a day is great, it’s good, it’s perfect; eating only fruits and vegetables is not good, because it’s excessive. And excess personal development, trying to do too much, inevitably becomes bad.

And if you do that, you're going to fall into the same traps that I did. I had a tendency, at one point, to not give enough priority to my sleep. that I slept too little and eventually it became mexico whatsapp number data bad for me, it became negative for me. So that was the first point. I told you: "On the one hand, I am a follower and fan of personal development." There is a "but", which is that excessive development can be very, very harmful. To be healthy, let's be clear, we all know how to do it. We all know how to do it because it's simple. You just have to eat well, you just have to exercise, you just have to move every day, and you just have to sleep well. If you do these things, in principle... of course, there can be accidents, there can be other things... but in principle, if you do that and you don't fall into addictions related to cigarettes, alcohol, etc. well you will be healthy. So we can always in fact succeed in having a goal, in fulfilling a goal in a simple way, thanks to simplicity.
