Even if it should be encouraged by management, creating a sense of togetherness is of course also the responsibility of employees. Those who act as loners and avoid interactions with others will take longer to integrate into the team. After all, every relationship is like a bond that is held by people on both sides. Each person is responsible for their own side - and not for the other person not letting go of theirs.

If there is almost no self-determination at all and employees only "function" like robots, being under constant control and seeing no meaning in their tasks ("bullshit jobs"), a state of amotivation can occur.
