Work with databases, write SQL queries and create data models.
Students will become familiar with the basics of project management and agile methodologies.
Conduct market, competitor and target audience analysis to develop successful products.
Interview and presentation techniques for effective communication with clients and the team.
Use specialized software for business analysts, including Jira, Confluence and other tools.
The course duration is 12 months.



During the course, students will acquire the following knowledge and skills:

Specifics of the work of a business analyst in IT, including roles, design and development ig data methodologies, Agile and Waterfall.
Techniques for immersion in a subject area and effective work with experts to collect and analyze information.
Methods for identifying and formalizing business problems, analyzing business models and working with company goals.
Modeling business processes in various notations, including BPMN, and creating context diagrams.
Methods for working with different types of requirements, including business requirements, user requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Techniques for creating User Story and Use Case to formalize requirements, as well as working with changes in requirements.
Methods for designing target solutions, including business process optimization and creation of functional architecture.
Skills in prototyping solutions and working with UI/UX design.
Principles of task decomposition and creation of product or system development roadmaps.
