IP: Performance Indicators are those that let us know what we must do to optimize actions.
IRC: Its name consists of being a Key Results Indicator, it reveals the critical results, that is, it informs us about the results achieved.
IR: These are Results Indicators, which allow us to know the degree of success we have achieved.
One problem that small businesses have is that when designing their strategic plan, they do not consider metrics and much less indicators. By not keeping this in mind, they cannot obtain results from their actions and thus implement their improvements.

It is important that we remember the steps that must be considered in a social media marketing strategy:
the products or services, the resources, SWOT or DAFO, the competition, audience, context, media, among others.
