Remember meta keywords? Think harder. I'll give you a moment

Use meta keywords

Now that you remember them, make sure you don’t forget them: Although in some official statement Duane Forrester states that meta keywords are no longer effective, there is some evidence that they do work.

If you’re still skeptical, here’s a recent real-life example from digital agency Levy Online:

"A client came to us with good Google rankings, but poor keyword rankings on Yahoo and Bing. The first thing we noticed was the lack of meta keywords and descriptions. Once we filled those in, we saw a significant increase in the SERPs.
Here are some of the immediate ranking improvements the agency saw:

Google Bing Yahoo
1 0 1 0 1 +100
1 0 3 +33 3 +98
twenty one 3 +54 3 +98
1 +1 4 +57 4 +97
twenty one 7 +2 7 +94
1 +1 7 +26 7 +94
1 0 8 +60 8 +93
1 0 11 +50 11 +90
16 -4 11 +90 11 +90
10 +3 13 +23 13 +88
Not bad if you ask me.

Include keywords in title and content
Using relevant and well-written keywords in your titles morocco mobile database is also important for Bing, especially in the H1 and H2. It’s also a good idea to include your target terms in your content. The closer to the beginning, the better.

Of course, this doesn’t mean you should stuff your pages with keywords we don’t want to break your Google rankings, remember?. Try inserting your target terms in important HTML tags, but use close variations instead of the same search phrase. It goes without saying that you always need to think about the user first. It sounds obvious, but sometimes it’s easy to forget why you want to rank high in search engines in the first place.
