In my professional life, I have not seen many differentially creative cultures in B2B and Industrial, but I have seen many initiatives that continue to work and are already yielding results.
I say “they continue to work” because working with people never ends israel telephone directory and the cultural development of Creativity is an aspect that never ends either.
The development of a Culture with a high dose of Creativity can be "facilitated" from B2B or Industrial Marketing (as well as other areas) with the following actions:
Everything starts and ends at the top. The management team has to be the main promoter of this cultural change and send out signals on a daily basis that make people see that this is the way forward.
There is a leadership attitude that I consider necessary and it is the #whynot attitude. It consists of listening to everyone and giving them a chance to explain themselves, no matter how utopian the idea or concept may seem.
How to promote Creativity (also) from B2B and Industrial Marketing?
