What do you think of the new role of people managers?
Hopefully, you’re looking forward to your new responsibilities. On the other hand, if you feel ambivalent or even anxious about managing people, you’re not alone. Many of my clients aren’t sure if they enjoy leading others because they prefer to focus on applying their technical skills; for example, providing legal advice, writing software, or creating designs.
