Page Indexing – New Reports

Post by mstakh.i.mo.mi »

In early October, reports were confirmed that Google was facing serious indexing problems. It was primarily about canonical addresses and indexing mobile results. This situation resulted in indexing some pages in the search engine. Fortunately, a dozen or so days later, on October 19, Google announced that 99% of the problems had been eliminated, thanks to which link indexing in Google was restored to normal. The company also announced that the remaining cases would be fixed within a week or two after the news was announced. Unfortunately, we are in mid-November, and the indexing problem is still a nightmare for many SEO specialists.

GSC Issues – Removal of Re-Index Feature
Another important piece of news is the temporary disabling of the Search Console gambling data indonesia tool that allowed for submitting addresses for re-indexing in that tool. This information was released on October 14. This is related to the aforementioned work to restore Google indexing to full functionality.

According to Google's official announcement, the GSC re-indexing tool is set to return "soon." Unfortunately, no specific date has been provided at this time. Unofficially, there is talk of restoring the GSC functionality of reporting subpages for indexing in the first quarter of 2021. However, it is not known whether this feature will return at all.
