"This is a business decision, and operators compete with each other to create infrastructure at sites. Unfortunately, this approach is not yet popular in the regions, but the situation will change, because only in this mutually beneficial way can communications be effectively developed," Eldar Murtazin believes.
Similar projects, where one operator invests in the construction of infrastructure, assuming joint use by other operators for a separate fee, have been implemented by other operators. For example, PJSC MegaFon cooperates with developers, including MR Group. A project of this kind, both with MR Group and with other Moscow developers, was also implemented by PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline). "The goal of cooperation is the joint development of communication services in the capital region and the provision of comprehensive services to both businesses and private clients of the developer. We are open to cooperation with both developers and operators, and do not limit the access of other market players to real estate. PJSC Rostelecom also collaborated with developers at the construction stage of the facilities.
