This allowed for a reduction in operational and administrative costs and an acceleration of the process of obtaining regulatory reporting.

In addition, a multifunctional desktop was developed for sales managers, which facilitated work with documents and allowed to see a full picture of current interaction with clients. This increased labor productivity and reduced the number of errors when working with data.
The new 1C:ERP system significantly accelerated the process of budgeting and preparing management reports for the entire company, as well as for individual business areas, and made it possible to optimize the staff, redistributing resources to more important tasks.
"In the context of a limited implementation period, the Scrum methodology allowed us to focus on the project's goal and not do Muda, quickly test hypotheses and launch new functionality," commented Andrey Kholostenko, Scrum evangelist at Perviy Bit.
