Understand user footprints

Post by shaownhasan »

You can understand the "footprints" of how users behaved on a website. By looking at the "User Explorer" in the exploration report, you can check "when," "where they came from," and "which pages they viewed" in chronological order. By looking at the movements of multiple users, you can infer the thoughts and feelings of the users.

How to check User Explorer
To check the User Explorer:

1. In the menu on the left, click "Explore" australia school mailing leads ① → "Template Gallery" ② → "User Explorer" ③.

2. Click on each ID displayed in the list to display user activity.

The top of the user activity report shows the first visit date and time of the selected ID, region, and event summary, while the bottom shows user behavior in real time. Narrow down by segment to find users who converted or triggered a specific event, and check their behavior in User Explorer.

① User ID, date of first visit, region information, and top events
② Number of events for the user, total revenue, total number
