entered into the search bar of the Keyword Gap tool
Scroll down to the “All keyword details for” section and click “ Untapped .” This shows you which keywords at least one of your competitors is ranking for, but you’re not.

Review keywords and look for opportunities relevant to your business.

Pay attention to the "KD%" (Keyword Difficulty) philippine number list column. It indicates, from 0 to 100, how difficult it is to rank organically on the first page of search results for a particular keyword.

6. Identify missing keywords
Missing keywords can give you clues about new content ideas. Or where your content needs improvement.

A website can miss keywords for one of several reasons. Such as mismatched search intent.

Let's say you wrote an article for the keyword "best kayaks." This article also ranked for the keyword "best inflatable kayaks" because you mentioned an inflatable kayak within the article. However, you missed this keyword because the entire article wasn't about inflatable kayaks (and that's what search engines want).

How can you re-rank for this keyword?

Write new content specific to the new keyword as a way to regain lost traffic.

Better yet, identify the keywords your competitors have missed out on. And write that content.

To find your competitors' missing keywords, use the Organic Research tool .

Enter the client's domain and click " Analyze ".
