The three main profiles sought are either students with a BAC + 3 level, or active people with 2 years of experience in the profession as a customer advisor for example or already working in a wealth management firm at an assistant level and also work-study.
On the other hand, multiple skills are sought. In my opinion, it is essential to like human relationships because the job of wealth manager is above all a relationship zalo database with a client. Whatever the chosen outlet, there will be a human relationship both in the search for a new client and in the detection of their needs as well as in the follow-up and management of the client on a day-to-day basis.
These are multiple. Certainly, subsequently, it is possible to work in the entire wealth management consulting part whether within a wealth management firm, as a CGPI (Independent Wealth Management Consultant) or within a banking establishment. The title as such is extremely variable within banking establishments, in fact it can range from customer advisor, wealth engineer, insurance inspector, salesperson or salesperson in income real estate...
In addition, thanks to this job there is the possibility of working by managing a back and middle office team who already have expertise but who are not on the ground. They intervene once the transaction has been processed by the wealth manager whose mission is often to check the validity of the transactions.
There is therefore the opportunity to work with several profiles as well as at several stages of the operation, whether in sales or consulting, but also to intervene at the end of the operation or in the partnership management relationship.
5. What are the advantages of this training?
One of the original features of this training is the establishment of at least monthly "wealth breakfasts". The goal is to invite at least once a month a personality from the world of wealth management, whether a banker, a lawyer or an asset management company, to come and talk with the students during a breakfast format. First of all, the person introduces himself and his current job. The main goal is for the students to be able to create a network of professionals but also to have a slightly more precise idea of what they will want to do.
Another originality is the participation in all the events of wealth management such as the participation in the "Patrimonia" fair which takes place at the beginning of October. During this fair, all the professionals (banks, insurers, asset management companies, etc.) are brought together for 2 days. We have in particular other multiple events such as "the brokerage days" in the form of a congress with the aim of building a network, exchanging business cards whether for the search for a new job or simply to establish contacts and partnerships afterwards.
