But how do you create a great CTA? There are a few strategies to consider. Simply put, make sure it is clear and compelling. It should be simple but powerful enough.

If you don't want to take any chances, make sure you simplify the unsubscribe process. Take this opportunity to find out why the user is leaving and improve it. If your unsubscribe process is simple, they might even come back later.
