13 phrases that have no place in your emails

Post by suchona.kani.z »

The email you send to your potential clients should be readable, interesting and useful. What should it not be? For example, too contrived, impersonal and full of meaningless phrases. Here are 13 of the worst ones that will send every email you send down a notch in the success ranking . And this applies not only to newsletters, but also to all other personal correspondence.

1. There is no hurry…
But yes, when you're writing, it's usually rushed. The special offer is about to expire, the article might not be relevant in three weeks. Anyone who reads something like that automatically postpones the email to "sometime later." If you don't have anything important to say, it's better not to write at all than to use this phrase.

2. You probably don't have time / are busy right now
Sure, everyone has a lot to do. But you want to say something important korea email list and interesting, don't you? Don't reduce the value of your information, but rather get straight to the point and say only what needs to be said. Once a user has subscribed, they will be happy to take the time to read your email. Just don't forget about personalization so that you don't disappoint your readers with inappropriate content.

3. I'll try to keep it short.
Don't try, don't write about it, but say it briefly. Another empty phrase that just takes up space for more important information. It's similar with "this email will be long, but...". If you have to defend the length of an email, you're probably not completely satisfied with its content yourself. A longer email from time to time is fine, but your apology for its length is.

4. You probably don't know me/us yet, but...
Another empty phrase that you can easily do without. Better get straight to the point, introduce yourself, and try to do everything so that everyone knows you from now on.
