Fortunately, there are some exceptions to this

Post by Bappy11 »

Instagram is an inspiration and marketing channel par excellence. An Instagram account cannot exist without images. If you do not create the images yourself, what can you use and share from others?

There is no consensus among users about what is and is not allowed, even though we like to think that it is. Instagram's terms and conditions and the law are clearer, but they are not favorable to everyone, which is why they do not comply. In short: what are you allowed to use from others and when can you stop someone else from using your content?

Starting point: not yours, do not use
The starting point of both Instagram's terms and conditions and the Copyright Act is that you buy bulk sms service may only publish content that you have created yourself. Or better said: that you are the copyright holder of or for which you have a valid license. With permission, anything is allowed.

Exceptions according to Instagram
When you create an account, you have to agree to the terms. There are agreements between you and Instagram. You can't get out of that. One of those agreements is that you give Instagram a license. With that you give Instagram permission to do all kinds of things with your content, to publish it, make it public and give others the right to do that with it, for example.
