There is no consensus among users about what is and is not allowed, even though we like to think that it is. Instagram's terms and conditions and the law are clearer, but they are not favorable to everyone, which is why they do not comply. In short: what are you allowed to use from others and when can you stop someone else from using your content?
Starting point: not yours, do not use
The starting point of both Instagram's terms and conditions and the Copyright Act is that you buy bulk sms service may only publish content that you have created yourself.
