That's the majority of my time. Marketing

We're not trying to sell Badger Maps to people who are selling beer to bars right now because obviously they're just not open. So it's about focusing on some verticals that are doing well and haven't been impacted, but the whole economy is in free fall and unemployment is extremely high right now. That's going to impact growth for the foreseeable future until we can get this under control and get it back on track.

Jeroen:

Mm-hmm. What do your days look like? What do you do in a typical day?

Steven:

I think the higher up you are in an organization taiyuan cell phone number list and the more people you used to interact with in an office, the more inefficient it has made your job. The fewer people you have to work with, the more efficient you are working from home. So for an engineer, for example, our engineering team hasn't really been impacted by working from home and remote. For me, I used to have a lot of quick two- to five-minute meetings with people. They would come up to my desk and ask a question. I would go to their desk and I would have something to tell them and we could move on it very quickly. I feel like now a lot of those interactions have become 30-minute phone calls.

Steven:

So I spend a lot of time on the phone with people who work at Badger in different roles, checking in on different projects and giving feedback when I can. That structure pulls me in a lot of different directions, just because it's still a small company and I'm involved in a lot of things. So I spend a lot of time on the phone, internally. Internally, we use Google Hangouts. So a lot of our meetings are done through Google Hangouts. I try to do more PR and get the word out, and so I work very closely with our marketing and PR team. I just try to get the word out, because in order to grow and get back to where we are and cover our expenses, we need to generate new revenue. So I try to focus on that. PR, and, I would say, internal management.
