Rules for calculating income per family member
When calculating total income, the income of all family members is taken into account – in particular, children under the age of 18 or under the age of 23 if they are studying.
The federal list of incomes taken into account by the Social Fund employees is relevant for all regions except Moscow. Therefore, we will consider it.
What income is taken into account:
salaries and bonuses, payments under civil contracts and spain mobile database similar ones, monetary allowances in the amount before taxes;
pensions and some benefits;
scholarships and payments provided for students on academic leave for medical reasons;
alimony paid;
dividends and other income from securities minus the costs of their acquisition;
payments due to successors in the framework of pension insurance;

compensation received from the state;
business income minus expenses; targeted grants will also not be taken into account;
one-time severance pay for military personnel;
funds allocated for the lifetime maintenance of retired judges;
other income – from the sale of property and its lease, from patents and self-employment, from copyright contracts, from sources abroad and winnings in lotteries or betting.
If the calculation takes into account income in foreign currency, it is converted into rubles at the Bank of Russia exchange rate effective on the day of receipt. Also, do not forget that according to federal rules, the movement of funds in accounts does not need to be taken into account.
