I currently see two important tasks in AITOM. Together, to continue to develop the dream of honest web craftsmanship , and secondly, to constantly fine-tune and improve what we now have into a perfectly functioning organization capable of healthy growth. If we can do this, we can only unleash our imagination and creativity in what to achieve and where to go.

If I dream for a moment and look into the future 3, 5, 10 years or more, we can be number one in usability and focus on the goal in the Czech Republic or in the CEE region or in all of Europe. We can create overseas chinese in uk data our own business projects with the involvement of our people as captains - because if you are a master of the goal and its application online, you can succeed in a million things, fields, areas. We can be the clear choice for companies entering Central Europe or one day even have branches on 3 continents.

I can imagine many visions that will excite us, and at the same time I know that it is essential to live in the present and constantly tune the machine called the company , never stop and pay attention to improving services and internal organization. No one will do this work for us and it is our path to growth and development.

AITOM's achievements on WebTop100I'm looking forward to it because we have an excellent foundation. The current CEO Pavel Houser, together with the second owner Tomáš Odl, have done a tremendous job and have brought AITOM to the top award-winning agencies in the Czech Republic .
