Kroc met the McDonald's brothers thanks to an order they made for six milk shake machines from the company where he worked as a salesman.

He was curious about the large package, since that was not normal for his clientele. For this reason, he went to visit the restaurant that was located hundreds of kilometers from where he lived.

He could have celebrated the request and moved on with his life, but no. He proved that curiosity changed his destiny.
