I asked myself this question

Post by jrineakter »

And you can also ask yourself the question: "What would I like to master?" but ask yourself the question not what skill would I like to acquire? ", not "it would be nice to know how to play three, four notes on the piano". No, here, I'm talking about mastery. What would you like to master? Ask yourself this question and ask yourself if you are ready to put all the time and energy into it, so also study what assets this new mastery will bring you.

And just before I recorded this podcast, So, it's hard to assess very quickly like I did and it's always hard to assess yourself, but I would say that I have mastered pedagogy, I like to explain, I like to try to explain things that I understood or that touched me and explain them simply. So I think I have mastered pedagogy.

I am fluent in English, in my opinion. I am able to speak English. I did not put German because it has been so long since I have spoken it, that it is something that should probably be maintained and revived a little. I am fluent in guitar and I am fluent in organization, that is to say I know how to define a strategy, manage projects and execute actions on a daily basis. That is something that I learned thanks to Français Authentique. But of course, it is spontaneous. I am not sure about all that, I may have forgotten things.

I recommend that you do the exercise more seriously than I did to really determine what your strengths are. We often try to erase our weaknesses. That was a theory that I discovered in the book russia whatsapp number data StrengthsFinder. So, it's a book that allowed you to find your strengths through a very, very well-made test. And in fact, the thesis of this book is that we often try to correct our flaws, when we would have much less... we would be much more effective by improving our existing qualities or by using our existing qualities. So the idea, for them, was to avoid forgetting our flaws and to focus on our great qualities.

And I think that's not bad because we often tend to say: "Yeah, well I'm going to try to improve these two or three flaws". But no, they tell you: "Take your qualities and use them". And it's the same thing here, ask yourself what you master and try to see how it's an asset for you. And you can also make a small list of things that you would like to master in the days or weeks or months to come, quite simply.

I hope you enjoyed this podcast.
