Project Management Software Trello Alternatives

Post by Bappy11 »

Outstanding features: Excellent features for project-related time tracking

Key integrations: Basecamp, Insightly, QuickBooks, Trello, Xero

Pricing structure: Avaza is free for a single user who can edit timesheets, five invoices per month, five active projects, ten clients (guest accounts), and unlimited project collaborators. Businesses can upgrade to two users, 20 active projects, and unlimited clients for $9.95/month. $19.95 gets you five users and 50 active projects, and $39.95 gets you ten users and unlimited projects.

It's worth noting that rather than imitating Trello's pricing (a fixed price per user per month) like other products on this list, Avaza's feature set grows with the monthly price. For example, the base price per user in the most expensive package ($39.95 per month) is actually just $3.95 per user per month, making the tool surprisingly affordable.

Mobile Apps: iOS | Android

What users say about Avaza:

The simple board view of ClickUp
When I first encountered ClickUp, I was blown away . ClickUp is not just a Trello alternative, but a project saudi arabia telegram data management tool that truly uses artificial intelligence without over-promising.

Users love the tool: the price is right, an upgrade costs only half as much as Trello and there is a very active and helpful team behind the program. ClickUp is one of the products that I will be keeping a closer eye on in the coming years.

Despite all this, ClickUp is still a relatively young product: it was only released in 2017.

For the features it shares with Trello, it offers a fairly straightforward alternative—and even with some improvements. For example, users can filter and comment on cards, tag them, view them in threads, and mark them as solved, just like Trello. You can also use rich text, view real-time collaboration (similar to Google Wave , which was ahead of its time), and switch between board views.

ClickUp's handling of account permissions is also unique. Administrators can assign permissions based on the project hierarchy - at the organization, team, project or task level.

For the remaining features, ClickUp relies heavily on integrations, such as Dropbox for file sharing, Google Calendar for calendar viewing, and Harvest for time tracking. To make up for these missing features, ClickUp offers some AI features in beta, including deadline prediction, resource management, and task effort.
