Many companies still believe that they can dictate which mobile phones are supported in their company. However, the newest generation, Generation Y , assumes that they can choose whether to bring an Apple, Android or Windows phone. This has all sorts of consequences, such as the deletion of sensitive data if a phone is lost or an employee leaves the company.
