Within the "Business" menu, you will have an overview of the entire sales process.

The pipeline fields follow a standard, but you can change them according to your company's needs.

To do this, click Customize > Edit Business Phases. On the new screen, locate "Pipelines and Business Phases" and click "edit" to rename, add, remove, or order the pipeline phases.

Once you have set it up, you can register business opportunities in the business menu or directly in the company profile.

Oh! And you can create more than one business opportunity per company.

For example, a salesperson may create an opportunity to sell ink algeria phone data cartridges and later create a new opportunity to sell printers. Or different salespeople may contact different people about different products and services.

Finally, HubSpot's CRM also helps you organize your work routine through the tasks menu.

There you can create notes and relate them to your contacts, companies and business opportunities.

While all of these features are great, they alone don't make a huge impact on your company's strategy. This is where marketing and sales software come in, taking the game to a whole new level!
