The journalistic capital crime of their star presenter, who persistently places himself in front of events instead of behind them in a news broadcast, is apparently so highly regarded by the SRF bosses that criticism of it is not even noticed and certainly not answered. Inhauser's profound journalistic misunderstanding of his role is already evident in the first sentence with which he stereotypically opens the main edition of the "Tagesschau": "That makes headlines on this day."
