6. Make sleep a priority
As tempting as it may be to stay up late, lack of sleep affects concentration, decision-making and performance.
So my advice is to forget about the laptop or Netflix and put on your eye mask and pajamas.
One of the things I try to do when I'm on a roll is set a regular bedtime and stick to it, even on the busiest nights.
I limit work and screen time at least an hour before bed, turn off all electrical appliances, and have no screens in my bedroom.
And yes, I think it works, the next day you feel very motivated and full of energy. Give it a try.
7. Reduce stress through meditation
The relentless pressure of entrepreneurship certainly increases stress.

8. Participate in active recovery

For me, walking is especially helpful in many ways: it's great if you're a little sore after an intense workout, but it also allows my mind to wander and think about "general" things for my business.
This facilitates muscle repair so you can train vigorously again later. Try to avoid overtraining and injuries by balancing strenuous workouts with active rest – the rest part is vitally important!
