Create a pattern

At this stage, you need to draw a pattern to the header. Use the Pencil tool (2 pixels apart) to place two dots and create some configuration using the functions (Edit > Define Pattern). The visibility of the background layer must first be turned off by clicking on the eye icon (near the background layer).

Make the transition between the pattern and the header smooth. To do this, apply a mask to the pattern layer, then select a soft white (color #ffffff) brush (opacity 60%) and retouch the mask with it.

Step 5. Apply the logo
Draw a spot with a soft brush (color #19535a), write the text. Apply the layer style " Shadow" (Drop Shadow) to the layer with the logo.

Step 6. Add navigation
Write the text to be used in the navigation. The button is drawn with the Rectangular Marquee Tool. For the selection fill, choose a color at your discretion. Set the fill parameter close to zero. For the layer in which the button is formed, use the Gradient Overlay style .

Step 7. Forming a slider for content
Create a new selection of 580 x 295 pixels. Any shade of gray will do for the fill.

Place the image with the pre-formed layer.

Next, you need to apply the effect. New layer (Shift + Ctrl + N) (often repeated action when creating a website layout), then select the "Brush" (Brush Tool) (400 pixels in diameter). Then, through the "Brush" palette (F5), set the values ​​as in the screenshot:

Now draw a spot with black color (#000000). Blend the edges with the Gaussian Blur filter.

Delete the lower part of the shadow (to do this, you must first select it). The slider must be placed under the layer with the shadow.

Compress the shadow layer by the middle marker (Ctrl + T), and then center it again. To do this, first select both layers at the same time, and then click "Align Horizontal Centers" in the Properties panel.

Now all that remains is to copy the layer with the shadow (Ctrl + J) and place it at the bottom of the slider.

The slider buttons are created using the Rectangular Marqee Tool. Make the fill black (#000000).

Set the opacity of the button layer to 50%.

Place arrows on the slider buttons. At the bottom of the slider, make a stripe with a black fill (color #000000). The opacity level of the layer with the stripe is 50%. Write what you need on this stripe.
