Over the past three months, Trivon Networks LLC, whose investors included Richard Branson's Virgin Group, has received 33 arbitration claims. Among the plaintiffs demanding debt collection are companies such as Rostelecom, ER-Telecom Holding, Voentelecom, MGTS, Mosenergosbyt, Yul-Com, and the Ministry of Digital Development. Some of them are trying to collect even small amounts - tens of thousands of rubles - from the defendant through the courts.

For example, on September 7, 2022, ER-Telecom Holding received 54.3 thousand rubles from this company through the court. On October 11, 2022, Rostelecom collected 27.7 thousand rubles from Trivon Networks LLC, and on October 14, MGTS filed a lawsuit to collect 37.2 thousand rubles from Trivon.

A representative of the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development explained the essence of the regulator's claims: "In accordance with Article 60 of the Federal Law of July 7, 2003, No. 126-FZ "On Communications", Trivon Networks LLC is required to quarterly send 1.2% of its income to the universal service reserve. The Ministry of Digital Development filed a claim against Trivon Networks due to the lack of deductions to the universal service reserve. Previously, the Ministry also applied to the Arbitration Court with a demand to collect mandatory deductions in the amount of over 11 million rubles, which was satisfied in full."

In total, according to the arbitration case file, since the beginning of the year there have been 112 arbitration claims against Trivon Networks LLC.

A year and a half ago, on May 12, 2021, the Moscow Arbitration Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Trivon Networks LLC - at the request of the Federal Tax Service represented by the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 29 in Moscow. However, at the hearing on October 19, 2021, the court left the FTS's application to declare Trivon Networks bankrupt without consideration.

On May 18, 2021, the Russian branch of Spallwood Management Limited (Cyprus) filed a bankruptcy claim against Trivon Networks LLC. The company owed it almost 11.9 million rubles. However, representatives of the parties later entered into a settlement agreement, which the court approved on November 9, 2021.

Back in 2019, according to the arbitration case file, about 30 cases were opened against Trivon Networks. Among the plaintiffs were companies such as Rostelecom, TransTeleCom Company JSC (TTK), and MGTS.
