How it all began: from an office to a family health center
Mom as the main initiator
The idea of the clinic was born from my personal experience. I am a mother of two children and I know better than anyone what parents face: long queues, contradictory diagnoses, lack of trust in doctors and, most difficult of all, the child's fear of visiting a doctor.
Every mother knows how difficult it is to convince a child to go to a clinic, especially if the previous experience was traumatic. This was the starting point: I wanted to create a place where children would stop being afraid of doctors, and parents would be able to fully trust specialists.
My main support was my sister. It was she who suggested turning the idea into a business. We didn’t have much capital, but we had a clear goal: to build a clinic that people would like to come to themselves.
The first clinic was small, but we put our hearts into it. From the very beginning, I understood that success depends on the details. That’s why we organized a play area where children could relax before canada email list appointment.
