According to him, during the discussion, the goals of the strategy were repeatedly revised. "For example, the key indicators for average speed at the stages of 2030 and 2035. According to him, in implementing the provisions of the strategy, much will depend not so much on market players as on related industries, in particular industry and energy. He also said that his proposals were taken into account in the final document. "My main proposals were based on the fact that previous versions of the strategy were either too vague or did not take into account the development of the industry and its transformation. In particular, I paid a lot of attention to the development of backbone networks and data centers. My wishes were taken into account, I am especially pleased with the points related to obtaining preferential conditions in terms of energy and technical conditions for telecom operators and data centers," said Alexey Slukin.
