Among the Russian universities that could benefit from state assistance to enter the international educational services market, Sergey Plugotarenko noted those that participate in the Digital Department project for additional IT training for students of various specialties.

"Our top universities, such as ITMO, Phystech, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, already interact well with other countries. Innopolis was originally built to adopt international experience, including from Singapore, so they are already in this process. And in terms of import substitution, everything is also progressing quite well for us now, we can definitely share experience, as we do it," Anastasia Kazantseva emphasized.
