Half of the requests for outstaffing france whatsapp number database employees in Q3 2023 were for developers. The second most popular position was analysts. The salary of such employees depends on their qualifications. If a technical support specialist has a rate of 1,250 rubles/hour, then among lead and senior developers it is higher than 3,000 rubles/hour.
The most popular specializations were Java developer (11% of requests among developers), PHP developer (10%) and Frontend developer (9%). The second most popular direction was analytics, where half of all requests were for system analysts and 16% for business analysts.
Konstantin Price, Commercial Director of Napoleon IT LLC, believes that developers and analysts are most in demand in IT outsourcing: "In 2023, the leaders in backend were Java, PHP and Python, while React remains the leader in the frontend direction. Also in 2023, demand for both business analytics and systems analytics increased, and the number of requests for project managers increased. 2023 showed a significant increase in demand."
According to Ksenia Koskova, HR Director of Raketa LLC, in 2023 the most in-demand specialists were backend and frontend developers of middle grade and above.
Sergey Galeev, Head of the Backend Development Department at SimbirSoft LLC, singles out Java, .Net and C++ developers, which is a direct consequence of the software import substitution process: "Java developers have been the undisputed leaders in the backend area for many years, accounting for about 40% of requests. .Net developers come in second place, followed by C++ developers. This trend has become relevant in the context of import substitution: businesses need specialists who can develop drivers and work with hardware at low levels, which allows companies to create devices and gadgets. We have also noticed an increase in demand for DWH specialists: it has grown by 6% since autumn. We attribute this to the urgent need to switch from sanctioned software to software that is available in Russia. There is a trend towards an increase in demand for GoLang developers - about 10% of requests. In our opinion, this is due to the fact that this programming language is quite young and there are few highly qualified specialists on the market."
Axenix information security expert Evgeny Kachurov believes that any IT or IS specialist can work under the outstaffing scheme, but DevOps and IT/IS engineers are more valued.
At the same time, the most in-demand specialists are lead and senior grades, although, as noted by SkillStaff, the real practical experience of a specialist is increasingly becoming the determining factor, so the demand for middle-level employees is also growing. At the same time, the level of wages has noticeably increased, on average by 10%, compared to the results of the third quarter: a standard hour for a lead costs 3,800 rubles, a senior - 3,200 rubles, a middle - 2,400 rubles. It is interesting to note that a standard hour for a junior has increased in price more than one and a half times - from 1,200 rubles to almost 2,000 rubles.
