Using a webinar funnel as an example, they showed how Carrot quest tools help move the user towards the target action:

The user visits the site and sees a pop-up with an invitation to a webinar.
Follows the link from the pop-up to the Telegram bot and registers for the webinar.
Receives a reminder about the webinar in the Telegram bot: 24 hours, 3 hours, 15 minutes. Each message contains new information that explains what benefit the user will receive from the webinar.
