Rethinking the path
Due to a change in plans and views, I came to the decision to close my agency and start creating products in a new startup as a co-founder. Together with the team, we implemented th uk email database e RoboROP project - an assistant for sales departments.

There I was responsible for product development and customer service, tested hypotheses, and looked for target segments with solvent clients.

Together with the team, we processed calls and negotiations of clients, transcribed and analyzed them, i.e. identified errors of managers and gave recommendations on their elimination. We showed the result in the form of reports and dashboards for managers and personal recommendations to employees in CRM.

This is an important indicator for me - to see real money and understand that the idea is viable.

It is important to look for synergy: someone has money, someone has time and expertise, someone has useful connections. Together, you can create a combination that will work.

Education
The courses I took at Zerocoder gave me a base of knowledge and skills that allow me to try, start projects, and launch businesses.

What I especially liked about the university was that the courses were short and compact - 10-20 minutes each. This format allowed me to quickly learn the material and immediately apply it in practice.

An important aspect of learning is the ability to think independently and find solutions.

Favorite instruments
I prefer to choose tools for a specific task, comparing the pros and cons in advance, assessing the risks. To solve marketing issues, I regularly use the combination of Tilda + Collabza + Make + Airtable:

Telegram + Salebot is another solution that allows you to test hypotheses using a chatbot in Telegram.

Now, together with no-code tools, I actively use GPT models - ChatGPT or Claude.

Sometimes we create prototypes using zero coding to test hypotheses, and then, when it becomes clear that the product is in demand, we move on to code implementation to scale and develop it further.

For me, no-code and classical development are not opposites, but two approaches that complement each other.

Vulnerabilities of no-code tools
Businesses and developers often forget about security and risks in their rush to release a business feature faster. With no-code/low-code tools, you can create products of varying complexity and scale, but to do this, you need to make sure that the platform itself pays attention to security.

Aspirations
After the startup, I decided to develop as an internal entrepreneur. I continue to follow my chosen mission - creating products that help automate processes and free up people's time.

Currently, I am developing several robot products at MANGO OFFICE. For example, with the help of the Smart Voice Robot, you can unload the support department or quickly call a warm or cold base.

With the help of a chatbot, you can increase conversion into purchases, stay in touch 24/7, and inform about promotions and new products in your favorite messengers.
