1. A note on transparency and making really tough decisions.
We’re not going to lie – organizing MozCon this year was a challenge. As it became increasingly clear that an in-person event wasn’t feasible, we had a relatively short time to pivot from the 1,600-attendee event we’ve been hosting every year.

There were many meetings. There were studies, projections and debates, and each idea changed three to four times before it took shape. In the end, it all came down to what was best for our community.
