PAO Tattelecom, a multiservice telecommunications operator in the Republic of Tatarstan, has completed the automation of CRM processes based on the low-code platform BPMSoft, developed by the company BPMSoft (part of the IT holding LANSOFT). The created architecture of the CRM system proved its reliability and efficiency, demonstrating rational use of computing resources already during the first year of operation.
An important achievement of the project was the implementation of 14 optimized processes for sales management and customer support. Thanks to integrations with five internal information systems and a virtual automatic telephone exchange, the new system demonstrated high flexibility and efficiency. The process of data migration from various Excel tables went smoothly, which significantly simplified the transition to the new platform.
As a result of the implementation, controllability was significantly increased and key sales stages were automated, which made it possible to implement a feedback mechanism for monitoring the effectiveness of processes in real time. This led to a significant reduction in labor costs for management, reporting and performing routine operations, freeing up time for strategic work of employees.
The new system also increased the transparency of interactions with both current and potential clients. Employees received centralized access to all client information through a user-friendly interface, with one click. The flexibility of the new system allowed for prompt changes to sales processes within one day, which gives the company the ability to instantly respond to changes in the market environment.
