Yonditex has decided to integrate gamification into its online strategy, through a new Facebook video game specially dedicated to its Pull&Bear brand.
Gamification comes to Inditex to boost (further) its online strategy
Inditex's success is indisputable: despite the fact that the last few months have been challenging for the fashion industry, the Spanish giant's online sales registered growth in its online sales, which during the third quarter of 2020 rose by up to 77%.

However, more than 10 years of success require constant colombia business email database effort, especially for a group that, according to its history , arrived somewhat late to online sales, a channel in which there is no time to waste.

So, after building the world's largest fashion empire without major investments in traditional advertising campaigns, Inditex will now test gamification as a way to boost sales of Pull&Bear: a Facebook video game called “Pacific Game”.
With this effort, the clothing brand hopes to attract younger consumers, not simply to achieve direct sales, but to build a stronger relationship with this market segment, an effort to sustain the brand's digital growth after the end of confinement while offering an original and fun experience on its social networks.
