What should or should not be included in my blind resume?

Your name should not appear, instead you can put your initials accompanied by a number in case there is someone with the same initials as you.
Do not attach a photograph.
Your country of origin or place of residence should not appear .
You must include contact methods , your phone number, mobile number and an email address. However, the email address should not reveal anything about you, which is why it is recommended to create one for CVs that includes our initials and a few numbers at most.
Do not indicate your gender.
Do not indicate your personal website unless it is impersonal.

It is important to note that the honduras phone data effectiveness of a blind CV will depend not only on your personal abilities , but also on the recruiting company. Many companies may refuse to even look at a CV that is not accompanied by a photo, name and personal details, as this does not guarantee the suitability of the person for the position.

Many jobs require a good personal image , especially those related to customer service. It would be correct to conclude that a company looking for hostesses and stewards will prefer a CV with a photograph attached rather than one without one. Other companies may refuse to hire people of a certain gender because certain positions are more associated with certain genders, such as nurseries, construction companies, nursing or transport companies. In these cases, recruiters may not trust a blind CV very much, since, if it tries to hide data, there must be a reason for it, so in these cases it may be better to opt for transparency .

We must consider which positions we are applying for to decide whether to make our CV blind or not, and weigh the pros and cons objectively.
